The First Australians were the Aboriginals with strong spiritual
beliefs in the close relationship between people and the land, and
an enduring culture of storytelling, music and art. First Floors captures
that enduring spirit with an engineered floor of unsurpassed
quality and craftsmanship.

Precision manufactured at a full 5/8” thick and 5 1/4” wide,
with a wire-brushed surface and WOCA oil finish, First Floors
offers incomparable architectural quality combined with modern
fabrication in an engineered construction. Tongue and groove for
nail down or direct glue installation, the 4mm wear layer and strong,
stable eucalypt core are ideal in commercial or residential projects.
Available in classic Australian timber options, Sydney Blue,
Spotted Gum Australian Beech plus new Roasted Peat, a
thermally modified Eucalyptus.
